St Peter & St Paul Church, Stondon Massey Latest News:
We are a parish of just over 600 people who share our priest with Blackmore.  To contact us click here.

We are a small and dedicated congregation whose vision and aim is to reach out to all members of our community with love and care.

Worship is held every Sunday, usually at 9:00am. For a list of our Services click here.  We have a small separate room in the church set aside for our children's activities, and are hoping to develop our work with youngsters.

We would love to see you on any Sunday where you will find a warm welcome, and also at the many social activities which are organised.

Diamond Jubilee.  On 3 June there will be a Family Service at 9.00am to celebrate the Diamond Jubilee of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II.
William Byrd Festival.  The Festival was a tremendous success raising £2200 over two weekends in May.  Money raised went towards the building of a new Garden of Remembrance in the churchyard.  This will be dedicated in a special service to be held on Sunday 20th May at 3.30pm.  Everyone welcome.  For everything you need ro know visit the special 'William Byrd Festival' website.

The church building is open to visitors every second Sunday in the month in the summer (May to September) from 2.30 to 4.30pm.  Come and visit our little church which dates back to 1130.  To check dates, click here.
We are also committed to keeping our beautiful church building open and active. We have been fortunate enough to be able to use a legacy gift left to us which has enabled us to renew part of the damaged roof.  But there is much more to be done.
Our Vision.

In the light of God's call, and our situation here, our vision is:

1.  To extend ministry into the community.

2.  To provide a variety of functions at the Church to attract members of the community.

3.  To further liaise between Church and Village groups as an extension of our Harvest Mission week in 2005.

4.  To review Service content and make our Services more accessible to a wider congregation.
